Every single year my family enjoys Christmas breakfast! It has become a Christmas tradition that we all look forward to having together. We wanted to switch it up a little and create a brunch instead. The brunch was an easier way to incorporate breakfast, lunch, and even dinner and add our favorite foods.
The last couple of years we noticed after having a large breakfast that we were not hungry for an entire dinner, let alone cooking it. I also noticed when I cooked dinner, I missed out on a lot of the holiday because most of my time was spent in the kitchen (and I was exhausted). So we opted to have one meal that would stretch the entire day.
I like to put a spin on or change up our breakfast ideas by adding something new and different to our Christmas breakfast. This year I decided to create a Christmas brunch charcuterie board.
One of the dishes that we have every single year is breakfast casserole. We normally have it once or twice a year, I am not sure why because it is such an easy dish to make. But that is what makes it worth the wait to have it only a few times a year.
Our Christmas brunch charcuterie board was a hit with my family. I wanted to come up with many different choices that would be best for everyone.
It was exciting to think of all of the things that I could add to the boards/buffet. I had so many ideas that I knew I would run out of space and just had to save it for the next time.
Creating your own charcuterie board is very easy! It may look difficult but it is soooo easy to create!
Sharing what we had on our Christmas charcuterie brunch board/buffet. I have a list of all of the items from serving ware and food down below so that you can create your very own list.
