CREAMY, RICH CHICKEN, SHRIMP & SAUSAGE ALFREDO PASTA
My dear friend Jaquanna told myself and other co-workers about this recipe that her family absolutely loves. One day she bought it to work and everyone loved it and begged her for the recipe. My family loves this creamy, rich chicken, shrimp & sausage alfredo pasta recipe, now it is one of our favorites.
This dish is hearty and great for potlucks and family gatherings because it goes a really long way.

Shrimp, Chicken, and Turkey Sausage
Finely Shredded Parmesan Cheese, 3 jars of Alfredo Cheese and Penne Noodles
Green Onions and Chives
Old Bay Seasoning, Minced Garlic, Crushed Red Pepper and Ground Black Pepper
Bring a pot of water to a boil then add noodles. Can add vegetable oil and salt to water so the noodles will not stick together and the salt for seasoning.
Can use an indoor grill, outdoor grill (more flavor) or the stovetop to cook the chicken, shrimp, and sausage.
Season your chicken with Old Bay, garlic powder, and ground black pepper. Make sure to cook the chicken well done.
Boil noodles until they are done.
Drain your noodles in a colander.
Place your noodles in your casserole dish.
Grill your sausage. Once done cut them into slices or bite-size pieces.
Add sausage to the dish.
Season shrimp with garlic powder, black pepper, and Old Bay. Make sure not to overcook the shrimp because it will become rubbery.
Cut cooked chicken breast into bite-size pieces. I love to use my kitchen shears to cut the chicken. I love the quickness of using the shears.
Mix all the meat with the noodles in the baking dish thoroughly.
Cut green onions
Add each jar of alfredo sauce one at a time, mix well between each jar. Add as much as needed. If you do not need all 3 jars use less.
This dish can be served cold or hot. My family prefers hot.
Add shredded parmesan cheese on top.
Bake 350 degrees for about 25 minutes
Add green onions and chives added to the top
Serve with garlic bread and broccoli, for example.
Enjoy! I hope it becomes your new and family favorite.
