Easy and Quick Protein Shake Station

When I started with my VSG (Vertical Sleeve Gastrectomy) journey I knew that I was going to create an easy and quick protein station at home for all of my different types and variations of my favorite flavors of protein mixes. Although it did not turn out that way at all!
I could not find the protein that I loved….or enough variations of them. The price with very little quantity was an issue as well. Anyway, I did find one eventually that I enjoyed having on a regular basis other than my premade Premier protein drink.
I currently love the taste of Vega Protein. Like the fact that they have a Vega protein with greens option, which makes getting the daily recommended servings.

I needed…well we needed to have a one-stop, quick station that myself and my husband could have all of our protein and mixes in one area. Every day we would pull our bottles, measure, mix and shove everything back into the cabinet. EVERY SINGLE DAY!!
Many of the times my husband would forget to put his protein and mixes back into the cabinet which was a headache for me. So instead of originally just wanting to create a protein station for myself, I thought making one for the both of us would be ideal. Especially since I only have one favorite protein that I like at the present time.
Making and creating your own protein station setup is really easy and quick to set up.
What you will need to create your own:
Mixer/Blender: Nutribullet, Ninja or any of your choice
Glass containers – sizes of your choice
Labels
Marker
Large Tray or tier stand- optional
Small Scoops (may come inside protein bottles)
Whey Protein (of your choice)
Health/Fitness Supplements: Creatine, Pre Workout, Fiber
Pill Reminder (from Dollar Tree): Vitamins and Prescription Medication
To get ahead of my week and days creating pre-made fresh or frozen fruit bags make it more convenient if I want to add this to my protein mix.
Ziploc bags – Frozen gallon size
Fresh Greens of your choice – Kale or Spinach
Bananas -Fresh or Frozen
Strawberries – Fresh or Frozen
Blueberries – Fresh or Frozen
Other fruits – Raspberries, peaches, and pineapple
Optional – Flax seeds, Chia seeds, and Hemp seeds
Setting up your very own protein station in your home is easy, quick and affordable. It is certainly a fool-proof way to get your beginning, middle or end of your day going and continuing without losing steam. Having everything within reach will help you stay on track as far as your health, fitness, or weight loss goals.
